About Us
Michael Domin, President
With over 23 years of extensive experience in property appraisal, I have honed my expertise in assessing a wide range of property types, from municipalities, K-12 school districts, and water utilities to airports, historic buildings, and sports stadiums. With a background in real estate and a strong foundation in blueprint construction reading, I've had the privilege of valuing over $1 trillion in property assets across the United States. Throughout my career, I've showcased my dedication to the field by presenting at industry organizations such as the University Risk Management Association (URMIA), Public Risk Management Association (PRIMA), and the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurial science, and I'm also well-versed in appraising machinery and equipment, as well as critical infrastructure assets like roads, bridges, and pipelines nationwide. With my wealth of knowledge and experience, I am committed to providing accurate and insightful appraisal services to meet your specific needs.
